Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as
when you create an account, update your profile, or request customer support.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 1 minute of placing it. After
that, the restaurant may have started preparing your food.
Refunds
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact support
immediately. We will review your case and issue a refund to your wallet or original payment method.
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as weather and traffic (for ground delivery) may affect delivery times.
